I love wearing this outfit not only because well, leopard, but because it's so comfortable. The top is actually a dressy sweatshirt and after trying it on with my white coat, I decided to wear it on a clinical experience I had this past week. Plus, boots are a must lately since the sidewalks are still recovering from all the snow!
In other news, the numbers are in and I have my track schedule for next year!! Even with my high lottery number I managed to get one of my top choices, and for that I'm extremely thankful. I'll be starting out the summer with family medicine which is pretty much perfect. Family medicine will give me a chance to see all sorts of different patients and problems, and experience a little bit of everything. Plus, on the rotations I've been on in family medicine, the doctors have always been incredible teachers and really taken the time to explain things to me. I also have weekends off during the first part of the summer, giving me more opportunities to enjoy the warmer weather (score!!). So now that I've thrown my mini "yay I'm almost a third-year" party, it's time to bury myself in pathology again. Have a wonderful Monday!
