So many reasons to be happy today! To start, I'm sure you can see that the past couple posts have had significantly higher quality photos. I really wasn't expecting to be able to get a legit camera until the end of summer, but here we are and I'm so thankful to have been able to get it in time for our trip! With a DSLR, photos are so much easier to capture and a lot more fun. Plus, after some exploring Spencer and I stumbled upon THE most beautiful spot for photos and runs. In med school news I'm one final away from officially being a second year which is such an awesome feeling. And most importantly, Spencer and I will be celebrating one year of marriage this weekend. ONE YEAR. One incredible year with my best friend who makes me laugh each and every day. 

So with that, on Saturday I'll be off for a much needed vacation with my partner-in-crime before starting my summer research position. Next stop is Charleston for some warm, sunny weather, Old Southern charm, and definitely hush puppies.
