These pictures were taken before I went to a baseball game with my family. The weather was gorgeous and I had much more fun here than I did a few days ago! My striped shirt is another Old Navy find that only set me back $10. I absolutely love it and wear it all the time. The material is slightly heavier, which I like because it'll hold up a lot better. I've been looking for a plain white baseball hat for a while and found this one at Target for $7.
This past week has been eventful, which is really just a way to sugar coat the fact that it wasn't one of my better weeks. I got sick last Sunday with one of the worst colds ever and managed to go 36 hours without sleep right before I took the the first part of my makeup anatomy exam (part of the same exam I missed when my grandma passed away). There are no words to describe how badly I function after 36 hours without sleep so it's a small miracle that I made it through the exam. The following day I had to leave early in the morning to go to a friend's wedding in Lancaster. Two other good friends were getting married that same day in Baltimore, so Spencer and I had decided to split up so that at least one of us could be there to celebrate with each of our friends. Thankfully, I was feeling much better by then and had a wonderful time catching up with friends from undergrad. Seeing the bride so perfectly happy made for a much better ending to my week. Hopefully this week will be an improvement over last week! Happy Monday!

Yikes! I can't even imagine staying up that long, but I'm glad you made it through. It's good you had a little silver lining at the end to look forward to!
ReplyDeleteI've never even come close to going so long without sleep! I definitely don't recommend it!
